Jim Milani, PT
Jim has worked in rehabilitation as both an Exercise Physiologist and Physical Therapist since 1990. Jim is a native of Latrobe, PA and moved to Colorado in 2000. Mr. Milani graduated from Allegheny College with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. He went on to attend the George Washington University, earning a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, and the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
Jim enjoys the challenges of physical therapy and has considerable experience treating geriatric patients with orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, vestibular dysfunction, balance disorders and neurological issues including dementia, multiple sclerosis and stroke. Jim's clinical philosophy focuses on integrating education (life long learning concepts) with treatment to achieve maximal physical function and independence.
Linda D. Richter Ph.D., OTR
Linda earned her doctorate from Colorado State University in Human Resource Development and LifeLong Education. She also holds a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Management, Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and is certified in ROTE (role of Occupational Therapy for the Elderly).
Linda specializes in occupational therapy programs addressing issues associated with stroke, Parkinson's, arthritis and cognitive impairment. She has also developed orthopedic and functional programs related to aging and wellness, including Easy Living to make homes more user friendly, safe and architecturally attractive.
